At Back on Course we address 5 physical factors of golf……
1.POSTURE Most professional instructors will tell you 90% of golfer’s problems
stem from poor posture at address.
2.FLEXIBILITY How can that tight lower back allow you to make a proper turn?
3.BALANCE Poor postural issues addressing the golf ball and with your daily life
can adversely affect your golf swing.
4.STRENGTH Strengthen those fatigued muscles that don’t allow you to enjoy a
round of golf
5.CONTROL/PRE SHOT ROUTINE Improved posture, flexibility and strength will
lead to better balance and improved control. Having the consistency of a pre
shot routine allows for improved learning and improved carry over from shot to
shot. |

EVALUATION Phase I
The evaluation shows a lot of physical issues that can be then addressed through a proper exercise training program.
We reduce the tightness and pain that limit your swing.
We talk about your posture at address and show you how your posture affects your swing.
You will learn a home stretching program using the exercise ball |
STRENGTHENING Phase II Provides golf specific muscular strengthening
and conditioning exercises to enhance
performance on the golf course and for
the prevention of muscular and joint injuries
common to golf.
BALANCING Phase III
You are more flexible and stronger. Now, improve your balance which leads to improved control on the course.
COMPUTER SWING ANALYSIS |
Computer swing analysis is part of the program. We will allow you to see yourself swing the club. Let us show you how your posture, flexibility and strength are affecting your golf swing. |

Demo Days are where we will come to your golf club and review with any member’s information about the Program at Back on Course. We review a stretching and strengthening program while on the practice range so you can get the most optimal performance with your golf game.
