Continue straight through next set of lights and Tyngsboro Physical Therapy is up on the right in Applewood Plaza.    

From points North:  
Take Everett Turnpike south to exit 35 toward Rt-113 W/Tyngsboro/Dunstable. Take a right off the exit. At the lights, take a left, and continue on Middlesex Rd. Tyngsboro Physical Therapy is up on the right in Applewood Plaza.    

From points West:  
Take 290 E and take exit 26B on the left to 495 N toward Lowell. Take exit 35 A-B-C and take the US-3N exit on the left toward Nashua, NH. Take exit 36 toward S. Nashua, NH. Bear right off the exit, and continue on Middlesex Rd. Tyngsboro Physical Therapy is up on the left in Applewood Plaza.      

From points East:  
Take 128 S to 95 S. Take exit 32B-32A to merge onto US-3N toward Lowell. Take exit 34 toward Westford Rd/Tyngsboro. Bear right off the exit. At the first set of lights near Sullivan Farms Ice Cream, bear left. Continue straight through next set of lights and Tyngsboro Physical Therapy is up on the right in Applewood Plaza.
